Job Description

PFMEA and Control Plan execution Support on all Quality related topics for New project Introduction. 

Design for Quality/Manufacturing knowledge. 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Deliver PQCP and Component Quality Control Plans (CQCPs) to the plants for creation of Process control Plans, Receiving Inspection, etc. 

Leads quality issue resolution all along the project including the production pilot. 

Creates the Process Quality Control Plan (PQCP) that ensures all engineering specifications have been reviewed and are under control. 

Ensures quality items are included in the equipment, tool, and process qualification plans and PPAP ( Production Part Approval Process ) knowledge required.
 

Qualifications

Engineer with  2-3 years of Quality experience in new product introduction or Electronics Manufacturing Industry.

Should be able to independently manage the programs & work closely with Project leaders and lead the complete end to end scope of the project.
