Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a manufacturing setup.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and LinkedIn.
  • Aggressively cold call and schedule interviews to meet urgent hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings, coordinate with department heads, and manage the interview process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
