Job Profile: Assembler

Location: Hosur, Tamilnadu

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass, Grduates, ITI (any Trade also can apply)

Shift: General shift with rotational week off 

Experienced and Freshers both can apply

Age: 18 - 31 

Salary:

• CTC: Rs. 20,000/- Per Month (Including PF & ESIC)
• In-Hand Salary: Rs. 14,800/- Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Component Handling and Preparation: Carefully receive, inspect, and prepare small components (like circuit boards, displays, batteries, cameras, flex cables, etc.) for integration into the device.

• Manual Assembly: Perform the physical assembly of mobile phone components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed blueprints or work instructions. This often involves intricate tasks like:

  • Placing components into housing/chassis.

  • Connecting fine wires and flexible circuits (flex cables).

  • Securing parts using specialized miniature screws or adhesive.

  • Mounting the display and back covers.
