Job Description

  • Maintenance: 

    Performing routine and preventative maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working order. 

  • Repair and troubleshooting: 

    Diagnosing and fixing problems with malfunctioning equipment to restore functionality. 

  • Customer service: 

    Building relationships with clients, addressing their queries, explaining equipment use, and providing a positive customer experience. 

  • Documentation: 

    Recording details of service calls, issues, and processes for internal and external records. 

  • Installation and setup: 

    Installing new equipment and ensuring it is set up correctly and operates as expected.
