We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Solar Panel Cleaning Technician to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance of solar panels on residential and industrial rooftops. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the solar systems operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular cleaning of solar panels at residential homes and industrial/factory rooftops to maintain optimal performance and energy output.

• Follow a pre-assigned daily route and travel to multiple client locations as per the service schedule.

• Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of services at each site.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper equipment while working at heights or in industrial settings.

• Maintain records of service visits, report any panel damage or abnormalities, and escalate issues when required.

• Communicate courteously with clients and provide basic guidance on solar panel maintenance if needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in field service or cleaning/maintenance roles preferred (solar experience is a plus).

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

• Willingness to travel to various locations daily.

• Physically fit and capable of handling equipment and rooftop work.
