Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Manager to oversee the spare parts operations at our Dankuni, West Bengal location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, sales, and distribution of spare parts for commercial vehicles. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and customer service skills to ensure smooth parts availability and enhance overall workshop and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure optimum stock levels and timely availability.

• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers for procurement and timely delivery.

• Monitor sales and distribution of spare parts to workshops, dealers, and customers.

• Ensure effective warehouse management, including storage, safety, and dispatch of parts.

• Implement cost control measures and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with workshops, service teams, and customers to improve parts business.

• Regularly analyze stock movement, dead stock, and fast-moving items.

• Prepare reports on inventory, sales, and forecasting demand.

• Train and guide the spare parts team to achieve business objectives.
