Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market AMC services to new and existing customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term service clients.
  • Prepare and present AMC proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Conduct site visits and interact with clients to understand their service requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service team for timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to renew or upgrade AMCs.
  • Track and report service marketing performance, feedback, and market trends.
  • Build strong professional relationships with clients and maintain a database for follow-ups.
