Job Description & Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Work in the LED Bulb Manufacturing and Production Department.

• Handle production line activities such as assembly, testing, and packaging.

• Ensure quality standards and maintain production efficiency.

• Follow all safety and operational procedures during work.

Work Conditions & Shift Details:

• Working Hours: 8 to 8.5 Hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

• Overtime: As per company requirement

• OJT / Training Period: Not Applicable

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary (CTC): ₹12,780 per month

• In-Hand Salary: ₹9,593 per month

• PF Deduction: Employee ₹1,319 / Employer ₹1,429

• ESIC Deduction: Employee ₹82 / Employer ₹357

• Quarterly Incentives: ₹2,500 – ₹3,000 (Every 3rd Month)

• Food Facility: 1-time meal + 2-time tea & snacks provided
