Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Calling Executive at Hawk-I Investment & Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients and leads received from social media platforms, explaining insurance and investment options, answering questions, and gathering relevant information. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer data, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance products and investment options is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field

Timing: 9.30 am/10 am to 5:30 pm/6 pm Monday to Friday 

2 saturdays off and 2 saturdays half day
