Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project & Commissioning Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems across renewable energy projects including wind and solar power. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from planning through commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Project Execution (Renewables)

• Lead and support the execution of renewable energy projects (utility-scale, commercial, or hybrid) from design review through commissioning.

• Collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, and OEMs to ensure alignment on technical specifications and timelines.

• Supervise the installation of mechanical systems (mounting structures, trackers, turbines) and electrical infrastructure (cables, switchgear, inverters, transformers).

• Assist in grid integration activities including protection coordination, SCADA commissioning, and synchronization with utilities.

Commissioning & Testing

• Prepare and implement commissioning plans for solar PV plants, wind farms, and hybrid systems.

• Execute functional tests, performance validation, and system tuning for electrical and mechanical components.

• Ensure successful energization and system handover to O&M teams or end clients.

• Identify and resolve startup issues, including grid-related faults, equipment malfunctions, and performance discrepancies.
