Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000/month (CTC) + Incentives
Experience: 1+ year in team leadership or restaurant operations
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overall outlet management
Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
Handle escalated customer complaints effectively
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control wastage
Prepare daily sales reports and ensure documentation
Drive team motivation and ensure smooth store operations
