Job Roles & Responsbilities:

• Assist in Machine Operation: Learning to operate different types of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process under supervision. This includes understanding the controls, functions, and basic operational procedures.  
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhering to established guidelines and work instructions to ensure consistency and quality in production.  
• Support Production Activities: Assisting in various tasks such as material handling (loading/unloading components), basic assembly, and packaging of finished products.  
• Conduct Basic Quality Checks: Learning to identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards. This may involve using basic measuring tools and visual inspections.  
• Maintain Production Records: Assisting in filling out production logs, recording data, and maintaining accurate records as instructed

Working Hours: 12 Hours 

Stipend: Rs.18900/- (Including Rs.1500 DBT Amount) for 12 Hours shift)

Rs 500 +DA will increase after completion of every six month

Atendance Bonus: Yes (Rs. 1000/- PM n case of full attendance & 800/- in case of one absent in a month)

Canteen: Tea/Snacks Free & Subsidised food @Rs.25/- per meal

Uniform 2 sets in a year
