Job description :

• Deliver induction training for all new joiners, conduct training assessment and collect post training feedback from participants.
• Conduct Disha training for the new joiners as and when required.
• Schedule and conduct on job training with the help of Mentor.
• Monitor OJT performance on daily basis and handhold them whenever any support required
• Conduct OJT assessment after OJT period completion and Certify them as per assessment result and recertification after one year
• Prepare & schedule  multiskilling plan, conduct training and certify in different skills as per versatility target.
• Takes care of inter & intra versatility target achievement for the plant.
• Perform daily gemba audit as per cell trainer's checklist and raise observations w.r.t safety, quality, 5S & behaviour of associates in DISS
• Name addition or deletion in LDS, providing LDS login access, Scheduling Training in LDS & etc.
• Schedule monthly training calendar and Ensure learning hours target is achieved as per target.
• Update training hours in MLL for offline trainings.
• Maintain training records like OJT performance tracking form, butterfly card, training attendance, Post training evaluation & feedback for audit.
• Perform Training Need Analysis for WMS and taking preventive measures.
• Ensure readiness from training perspective for any audits like SPS, QMS & Customer audits.
• Prepare monthly training report for MIS.

Education & Experience:

Education : Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical      

Experience : 1 - 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Industry as a Trainer    

Skills  : Good computer Knowledge (mandatory), Team Player, TTT trained, good knowledge of power point presentations, should be able to handle Digital Tools and MS Office.
