Job Title: Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Contractual (Off-Roll)

Interview Mode: Virtual

Location: Mumbai, Jodhpur, Kolkata (Field Job)

Compensation:

  • Fixed CTC: ₹3,60,000 per annum

  • Variable CTC: ₹90,000 per annum

  • Travel Allowance: ₹2,600/month (applicable only if 26 days of travel are completed)

  • Laptop Allowance: ₹1,500/month (own laptop is mandatory)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new merchants onto the Meesho platform and negotiate favorable terms

  • Source catalogs and coordinate with the merchandising team for listing and updates

  • Collect and share market feedback to improve offerings and strategies

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure

  • Maintain strong merchant relationships through regular communication and support

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date internal data and reporting

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in E-Commerce Business Development (mandatory)

  • Other Requirements: Personal laptop is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Negotiation and vendor relationship management

  • Field sales experience with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and merchandising coordination
