Key Responsibilities

✔ Security Services Expertise: Deep knowledge of Security Division (manpower & facility services)
✔ Business Development: Research business opportunities and viable income streams
✔ Proposal & Negotiation: Draft business proposals and negotiate deals with clients
✔ Budget & Expense Control: Monitor security operations and control costs
✔ Sales & Marketing: Strong experience in sales, marketing, and channel management
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and convert leads via cold calling and client meetings
✔ Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on pricing, products, and strategies
✔ Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
✔ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Follow-Ups & Reports: Track proposals, close deals, and provide regular updates to management
