Qualifications:

·        Minimum 10th grade pass.

·        Preferably 1 year of experience in electricity-related work with a wiremen license.

Job Description:

·        Assist Technicians in meters and cable installation activities.

·        Loading and unloading meters, cables, and other materials.

·        Provide support to Technicians or the GMR Team during installation and O&M tasks.

·        Update installation data in the mobile application along with the meter replacement note.

·        Any other duties related to meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.

Other Requirements:

·        2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license

·        Smart Phone with android OS, 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the GMR App.

Salary: CTC - Rs.14,256/- (Incl. ESIC & PF), Inhand - Rs.11,039/-

Travel Allowance Rs 1500 per month (Only if own vehicle is used)

Incentive Benefits Monthly Basis:

• Meter Installation Between 151 to 170 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.1500/-
• Meter Installation Between 171 to 180 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.2500/-
• Meter Installation Between 181 to 200 - Incentive Amount will be Rs.3500/-
• More than 200 Meter Installation - Incentive Amount will be Rs 3500+ 250 for every additional meter
