Job Description

We are looking for a fresher with a Chemical background to join our team as a Plating Supervisor Trainee. The selected candidate will be trained in electroplating and surface finishing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures involved in chemical-based plating operations.

• Assist senior supervisors in daily plating operations (e.g., nickel, zinc, chrome, or tin plating).

• Learn to prepare and maintain chemical baths as per standard process requirements.

• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pH, and current density under guidance.

• Support in sample testing, bath analysis, and record maintenance.

• Ensure proper handling of chemicals, tools, and safety equipment.

• Observe and follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines in plating areas.

• Help in documentation, process recording, and production reporting.

• Participate in continuous improvement and housekeeping activities (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
