  • Source candidates through Naukri , Shine , Databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks including references and background verification.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions.
