Qualification:

• Diploma / Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

• Hardware & Networking certifications (preferred, not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Perform routine maintenance and hardware upgrades.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and other components.

• Provide support for operating system installation and basic software setup.

• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and repairs.

• Support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, assembling, and disassembling.

• Understanding of BIOS, drivers, and hardware compatibility.

• Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, IP, switches, routers).

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
