Experience: 1-2 years

Mandatory Requisite: Prior experience of 1-2 years in Stringer with Integrated Auto Bussing

Preferred Industry: Solar(Mandatory)

Preferred Organization / Company: Any Solar module manufacturing

Education Required: ITI/ 12th Pass, Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Role & Responsibility:

A Stringer with Integrated Auto Bussing is a semi- or fully-automated machine that performs solar cell stringing and automatic busbar interconnection in one continuous process — enhancing speed, accuracy, and quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated stringer and bussing equipment for solar cell interconnection.
• Perform routine maintenance, machine setup, and calibration.
• Ensure proper alignment, soldering quality, and busbar interconnectivity using vision inspection systems.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and coordinate with maintenance for resolution.
• Collaborate with QA and Process teams to reduce rejection and rework rates.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in solar cell stringing and bussing operations.
• Knowledge of tabbing ribbons, busbar layouts, and soldering process control.
