Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

• Post job advertisements on various job portals, social media platforms, and internal systems.

• Source candidates through databases, job portals  Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna,  and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.

• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Support onboarding and induction processes when required.
