NAPS Trainee / B.Voc (3-Year Degree Program)

Functional Area: Production / Manufacturing

Number of Vacancies:

300 Positions (50:50 Male & Female Ratio)

Qualification Required:

• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Any Trade)

Experience:

• Fresher

Age Limit:

• 18 – 29 years (as per 10th Certificate / Aadhaar Card)

Nature of Work:

• Work in Production Department related to manufacturing of smart electronics, automotive components, telecom equipment, healthcare devices, industrial machinery, renewable energy parts, and aerospace/defense systems.

Training Period:

• Not Applicable (Direct Work Assignment)

Working Hours / Shifts:

• 8 hours per day

• Rotational Shifts: Day & Night

• Overtime: Yes (₹105 per hour)

Salary Structure:
