Quality Assurance & Control

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 or relevant standards.

• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate product/process non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to define quality requirements and process improvements.

• Maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, inspection records, and calibration logs.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and practices in line with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures.

• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.

• Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Monitor environmental aspects of operations including waste management, emissions, and energy usage.
