Salary In Hand :-

• 10th /12th Pass :
  • CTC - Rs. 14,045/- (Including PF & ESIC)
  • In- Hand - Rs. 11,737/- (Including Rs.1000 Attendance Bonus on 26 Working days)
• ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass : 
  • CTC - Rs. 14,747/- (Including PF & ESIC) 
  • In- Hand - Rs. 12,275/- (Including Rs.1000 Attendance Bonus on 26 Working days)

Overtime/Incentives :

• 10th/12th Pass: Overtime Rs. 106 Per Hrs.(*As per company requirements)
• ITI (2 Yrs.) Pass: Overtime Rs. 112 Per Hour.(*As per company requirements)
• Night Shift Allowance: Rs. 25/- Per Day

*Yearly Payment Earned Leave (EL), As per company policy.

*Food Lunch/Dinner: Rs 12/- Per Diet (Deduct from Salary). Tea & Snacks Free
