Job Description

The expectation from the incumbent is to work closely with OPL( Offer Procurement Leader)  & improve project execution by sharing different level of work with PPL. Main out come will be to ensure accurate data updating in ERP. & Follow up on SSP, Tracking of material for new project initial production.

•  Support and contribute for OCP projects in collaboration with  OPL ( Offer Procurement Leader)
•  Manage RFQ’s , & Supplier follow ups for material availability
•  Review costing sheets & prepare comparison to help OPL for the final negotiation with supplier
•  Coordinate with internal stake holders for project procurement activities with Indus & Material planning teams
•  Manage PO creation, after SSP awarding
•  Support on PES audits (as per needs)
•  Support OPL on shortage report preparation & work bench report update.

Qualifications - External

Bachelor's / Diploma of Engineering ( Mechanical preferred) .

Ability to communicate clearly. A go-getter attitude frequent interactions with suppliers and stakeholders are key to success.
