Job Description

Job Title: Admin & HR Executive/Manager
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry Background Preferred: Manufacturing / Hospital / School / Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Handling employee engagement and grievance management

  • Maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management

  • Payroll processing coordination

  • Performance appraisal coordination

  • Policy implementation and compliance (POSH, PF, ESI, etc.)

  • Coordinating training & development programs

  • Exit formalities and documentation

Administration:

  • Office maintenance and facility management

  • Vendor management (Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, etc.)

  • Asset and inventory management

  • Overseeing transport and logistics for staff (if applicable)

  • Handling AMC contracts and renewals

  • Maintaining records of statutory compliance and licenses

  • Coordinating with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required

  • Ensuring safety, hygiene, and discipline across premises

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Experience in managing multi-location or large premises (preferred)

  • Ability to handle crises, multitask, and work independently

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field

  • Certification in HR or Admin functions is an added advantage
