Job Description

Qualification:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, or equipment servicing preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer/client sites for installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, networking, or machinery.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

  • Ensure timely completion of service requests and proper documentation.

  • Provide training or basic guidance to customers on equipment usage.

  • Maintain tools, spare parts, and service reports accurately.

  • Coordinate with the service team and escalate issues when required.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of electrical/mechanical tools and troubleshooting.

  • Basic understanding of networking/hardware setup.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently for field support.

  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
