Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after key account management activities by closely working with client managers and directors
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Acting as a point of contact (POC) for the handling vendors across all states.
  • Maintaining a healthy and cordial relationship to ensure a long-term relationship with the client
  • Managing existing relationships and developing plans to map future needs and requirements
  • Ensuring strong follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of quality marketing material as per set targets
  • Following up with passive clients regularly, building rapport and gaining the trust of clients, and getting their marketing requirements
  • Ensuring upsell and cross-sell of company products to be made with all the new and existing customers in the portfolio
  • Looking for new business opportunities in an existing account and maintaining the existing part (farming of an account)
  • Conducting market research of clients and competition tracking for effective client relationships
  • Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly tracker reports in software and Excel sheets
