Job Title: Operations Executive

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Operations Executive to handle both administrative and operational functions at our manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments. This is a full-time, on-site role strictly for male candidates aged 25 and above.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day plant activities and ensure efficient coordination across departments.
• Administrative Oversight: Handle scheduling, documentation, compliance, and internal communication.
• Departmental Coordination: Act as the key link between departments such as production, HR, logistics, and finance.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Director on plant and admin performance.
• Efficiency Monitoring: Spot inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all company policies and external regulations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and administrative roles within a manufacturing environment. 7+ years preferred.
• Industry Requirement: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
• Age: Mandatory – Candidate must be 25 years or older
• Gender: Male candidates only

Skills Required:

• Communication: Strong command over English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Administrative Skills: Solid experience in plant administration and coordination tasks.
• Reporting & Analysis: Ability to prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Team Coordination: Must be a proactive communicator and effective at working across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local Candidate Preference: Applicants from Bhiwadi or surrounding areas will be given priority.
• Manufacturing Sector Background: Strong familiarity with manufacturing plant operations and structure.
