Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in employee relations, onboarding & exit formalities, recruitment coordination, and client interaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and queries professionally and empathetically.

Foster a positive and engaging work environment through regular feedback sessions and HR initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies and support in conflict resolution. 

Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation. 

Ensure smooth offboarding by conducting exit interviews, full & final settlements, and exit documentation. 

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across various roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements. 
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates. Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients for HR/recruitment coordination. Handle client calls, requirement discussions, and timely communication on hiring progress.

 Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (with strong focus on employee relations and onboarding). Good knowledge of recruitment processes and basic talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with HR documentation and exit management.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with client coordination and follow-ups. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
