Trade - Electrician & Power Engineering

Locations: Rajkot in Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

• Meter Installation: Conduct daily meter installations as per the project requirements.
• Planning & O&M Activities: Coordinate and manage operational and maintenance tasks related to site activities.
• Client Handling (DISCOM): Liaise with clients, particularly DISCOMs, to address any concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Contractor & Billing Management: Oversee billing processes related to contractors and other associated services.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to site operations.
• Site Execution & NIC Replacement: Supervise and execute site activities, including NIC replacements and related tasks.
• Warehouse Management: Handle warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Consumer Indexing: Carry out indexing tasks related to consumer data.
• Training: Provide training sessions as needed for site staff and stakeholders.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including PTW (Permit to Work), PAP Talk, and other safety standards.
• Gateway Installation: Participate in the installation of gateway systems.

Compensation:

• For Freshers (0-1 Year):

  • CTC: ₹22,403
  • In-hand: ₹18,116 (including travel reimbursement of Rs. 2500)
  • Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC & Insurance

• For Experienced (1-3 Years):

  • CTC: ₹25,073
  • In-hand: ₹20,517 (including travel reimbursement of Rs. 2500)
  • Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC & Insurance

Insurance Benefits:

1. Group Health Insurance (Mediclaim): Coverage of ₹1 Lakh.
2. Group Personal Accident Insurance: Coverage of ₹2 Lakh.

Reimbursement:

• Local Conveyance reimbursement (up to ₹2,500/-) on actuals, subject to Supervisor's approval.

Additional Information:

• Gender: Only male candidates are eligible for this role.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours per day.
• Bike with driving licence is mandatory
