Areas of Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera (P6) or MS Project, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

• Establish project baselines and track progress against schedule and budget throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to collect progress data and update schedules regularly.

• Analyze project performance metrics (SPI, CPI, EVM) and identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks.

• Prepare and present periodic progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts to management and clients.

• Support preparation of project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control systems.

• Monitor subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall master schedule.

• Assist in resource planning, productivity analysis, and manpower forecasting.

• Coordinate delay analysis, recovery plans, and schedule impact assessments for variations and claims.

• Ensure all planning and control activities comply with L&T’s project management procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).

• 3–8 years of experience in project planning, control, or project management roles (preferably in EPC / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas / Power projects).

• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based reporting tools.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, Earned Value Management (EVM), and cost control techniques.

• Familiar with construction sequencing, engineering deliverables, and procurement milestones.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Certification in Primavera (P6) or Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2).

• Working knowledge of SAP / ERP for project cost tracking.

• Experience in L&T or other EPC project environments.
