Job Description

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – Solar
Department: B2C / Residential Rooftop
Location: Surat / Ahmedabad
Reports To: Sales Team Leader/Sales Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Direct Sales Executives to promote and sell residential solar rooftop systems. The ideal candidate will actively reach out to potential customers, understand their energy needs, and convert leads into successful solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through door-to-door visits, area surveys, and local marketing activities.

  • Explain solar products and solutions to customers in a simple, effective manner.

  • Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.

  • Follow up with prospects and close deals.

  • Meet monthly sales targets and report daily activity.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain post-sales communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of direct/B2C sales experience (solar industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to work independently in the field.

  • Basic understanding of solar systems is a plus.

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (Engineering/Diploma preferred but not mandatory).

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile CRM or lead tracking apps.

  • Local language fluency and area knowledge.
