Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Welding Techniques: Assist with basic welding tasks and learn various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) under supervision.
• Fitting & Assembly Support: Help fit and assemble metal components, ensuring they are aligned and securely fastened.
• Blueprint Familiarization: Learn to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to assist in the assembly and fitting process.
• Tool & Equipment Handling: Become familiar with welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
• Quality Checks: Assist in inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Safety Awareness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment while handling equipment and materials.
• Collaboration: Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with senior welders and fitters to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

•  Fresh Graduate or Recent Technical Graduate in welding, fabrication, or related fields (Diploma or Certification in Welding is a plus, but not required).
•  Keen Interest in Manufacturing: A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in welding and fitting.
•  Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools, machines, or basic mechanical processes is a plus.
•  Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and perform work accurately.
•  Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
•  Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift materials as needed
