Looking for SSO for Solapur location .
 

Job Description:

1.Processing of the samples, right from sample acceptance till transfer of results.

2. Validation / Verification of test assay as per the guidance of seniors.

3.Report generation & its first checking for its correctness. Dispatch of reports to clients after its final

approval by authorized signatory.

4.Preparation of in-house reagents: Controls, calibrators, test reagents, etc. as per the requirements &

verifying their performance.

5.Equipment maintenance and proper filling of logbooks/log sheets, equipment/test calibrations &

troubleshoot maintenance.

6. To assist in development of new assays

7. Maintaining inventory records, preparing list of requirements of various consumables accessories &

reagents & raising indents to SSO/AM.

8. Assist in meeting the goals and objectives of the section.

9.Raising non-conformance & escalating them to seniors for its resolution. Closing non-conformance's

raised in the work area in stipulated time.

10. Maintaining all relevant records as per accreditation standards.

11. Customer query handling & escalating it to appropriate authority.(email and telephonic).

12. Integral secondary job duties include training the new joinees, back up for other JSO.

13. Providing support and respect to other colleagues within the Department, where required.

14. Promoting a positive, open, friendly and professional working environment.

15. Any other work assigned by higher authorities/management related to lab activities.

16. Training of other JSOs & helping them whenever required.
