The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• ·       Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.
• ·       Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
• ·       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.
• ·       Gather feedback from franchisees on company support, products, and services.
• ·       Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on franchisee feedback.
• ·       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and drive business growth.
