Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Candidate from the textile industry with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production or maintenance operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations in the textile production unit.

• Ensure optimal functioning of machines and equipment.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain production records and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with management and team members in English.

• Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of textile machinery and processes.

• Good communication skills (English – verbal & written).

• Leadership and team coordination ability.

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and production planning.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 

• Additional certifications or experience in textile operations preferred.
