Job Overview:

Strolar Mounting System Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) industry, solar structure industry, and have strong experience in handling international procurement and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of industry-specific products.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and components for the PEB and solar structure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors in both domestic and international markets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Oversee inventory levels, track material usage, and ensure that materials are procured in line with production schedules.
• Manage international purchasing and export procedures, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products to overseas clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market prices for materials used in the PEB and solar structure sectors. Makerecommendations based on marketconditions to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to forecast material requirements and align procurement strategies with production goals.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the PEB industry, solar structures, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the PEB and solar structure industries, with proven experience in sourcing materials and equipment specific to these fields.
• Knowledge of export regulations, shipping procedures, customs clearance, and handling international suppliers and clients.
• Proven ability to negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers both locally and internationally.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, ERP), MS Office Suite, and other procurement tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and international clients effectively
