Role : Mechanical Designer

• Job descriptions are as follows -  Key Responsibilities Design and develop detailed 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD ( Essential ) and Fusion 360 (desired). Create precise mechanical components, assemblies, and complete machine layouts for medical equipment.
• Use analytical and cognitive thinking to optimize design performance and manufacturability.
• Conduct motion analysis, interference detection, and tolerance verification for assemblies. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability.
• Maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and version control for all design files.
• Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360 (2D/3D modeling). Excellent spatial visualization and mechanical design understanding.
• Hands-on experience in complex machine assembly design and detailing. Knowledge of materials, GD&T, Sheet Metal Bending and modern fabrication processes.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
• Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably with complex machinery or radiation equipment. Experience with precision assemblies, mechanical motion systems, or automation preferred.
