Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment and systems run efficiently.
• Lead and train a team of technicians across mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled disciplines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, GMP).

·        Document maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

·        Coordinate contracted maintenance work and assist with commissioning new equipment.

·        Respond to and resolve maintenance-related complaints and emergencies

Organizational Role·       

Site Manager

·        Supervises 300 Workers depending on factory size.

·        Plays a key role in ensuring

productivity, safety, and quality standards (e.g., ISO compliance).

Qualifications·        

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Preferred: Associate degree or higher in technical or engineering.

·        Experience: At least 12 years in Metal - Steel Industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
