Job Description:

The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of security policies and procedures across all business verticals. This includes manned guarding, electronic surveillance, risk assessment, site audits, and client security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national security operations across corporate offices, client sites, and sensitive installations.

• Develop, implement, and manage security strategies and SOPs for all types of assets and personnel.

• Ensure operational excellence in man guarding services, including deployment, vigilance, and performance monitoring.

• Handle client coordination, security audits, and inspections with complete documentation and reporting.

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and emergency services.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, risk management standards, and internal policies.

• Train and mentor security personnel to maintain discipline, alertness, and professionalism.

• Evaluate and implement modern security technologies and surveillance systems.

• Oversee crisis management and incident response planning across sites.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate (Mandatory); Ex-Defence, Ex-Army, or Ex-Paramilitary Officer (Preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of total experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a security company or large organization.

• Strong understanding of security laws, industrial safety, and emergency protocols.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across multiple locations and sites.
