Ø We are seeking an experienced Assistant Mason Vocational Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for training trainees/students on various aspects of masonry work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Train trainees/students on masonry work techniques and best practices

2. Develop and deliver training programs on masonry work

3. Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations

4. Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback

5. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure training is relevant and effective

6. Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

8. Provide technical support and guidance to trainees

9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in masonry work

10. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and suppliers

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of working/teaching experience in a similar job role

Age:

18 to 37 years
