JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will be responsible to groom the job seekers and make them ready for jobs within India & abroad. Especially the 1st time Job Seekers by playing a key role in improving their English communication & overall grooming of personality. The role incumbent would be deft in a start-up like environment and brings to fore, a strong challenger mind-set with proven abilities to influence peers across the eco-system and deliver a higher quality quantity mix for Communication & Personality Development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage in conducting and evaluating pre and post diagnostic IELTS tests to determine the most suitable level for students.

Plan and deliver a variety of IELTS and English language lectures and tutorials which focus on the four key skills: listening, speaking, reading & writing.

Teach classes focused on IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/OET tests and other English language proficiency tests.

Conduct and grade practice tests and assignments. 

Marking and monitoring student’s work through regular assessment.

Conduct regular progress reviews and provide individual feedback to students throughout the course to improve the English language proficiency of the learners.

Flexibility will be required in order to meet centre requirements.
