JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation – Machine Operator (Apprentice)
Role for 2 Years – Machine Apprentice
Location: Manesar, Bhiwadi 

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI

• Minimum Percentage: 55% in ITI

• Backlog Policy: No active backlogs at the time of joining

• Age: Must be under 25 years at the time of joining

• Height Requirement: Minimum 5 feet

• Residency Condition: Must be from more than 60 km from the plant location

• Tentative Joining Date: 1st June

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Plan Adherence

   1. Operate assigned machine(s) to achieve daily production targets as per the production schedule.

   2. Ensure timely start-up, minimal stoppage, and smooth changeovers.

2. Quality Assurance

   1. Perform in-process checks and visual inspections.

   2. Ensure products meet quality standards (dimensions, surface finish, tolerances, etc.) using appropriate gauges and instruments.

3. Machine Operation & Basic Maintenance

   1. Set up tools, fixtures, and job settings as per SOPs.

   2. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to prevent breakdowns.

4. 5S and Safety Compliance

   1. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

   2. Follow all safety protocols and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) correctly.

5. Documentation & Reporting

   1. Record production output, quality data, and machine downtime in logbooks or systems (manual/digital).

   2. Report abnormalities or defects to the supervisor promptly.

Compensation Details (12-Hour Shift)

• CTC: approx ₹20370/month

• Deductions: ₹3160

• In-Hand Salary: approx ₹17,210/month

• Annual Increment: As per Minimum Wages and Performance-based review

Apprenticeship Details

• Type: Apprentice (Contract)

• Duration: 2 Year

• Conversion to On-Rolls: 50% based on performance

• Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)

• Working Hours: 12 hours/day (Rotating shifts)

• Annual Leave: 24 days
