JOB DESCRIPTION 

Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.

Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.

Updating computer operating systems and other important software, as needed.

Maintains compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure data security.

Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions

Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.

Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs Works with various teams to resolve problems.

Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA

Should have complete knowledge of Service-Now

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners

Responsible for Hardware asset portfolio with respect to acquisition, request fulfilment under SLA, utilization, tracking, compliance, and final disposition of assets.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

IT Asset End to End life cycle management.

Adaptation & Testing new technology Will be responsible for all internal audits, mitigate all PC compliance, SCCM, PC encryption issues and other related tasks.

Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

Participation in ongoing improvement initiatives to automate and achieve operational excellence.

Maintaining an hardware inventory of assets within the appropriate management systems and ensure assets are properly documented i.e. serial number, asset tag, name, etc.
