Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Management:

  •  Ensure full coordination with VECV and proprietary item vendors to secure timely warranty benefits. 
  • Monitor and manage the warranty claims process to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: 
  • Ensure timely settlement of warranty claims to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  •  Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims professionally and effectively.
  •  Post Sales Service/Customer Complaint Reporting:
  •  Prepare and transmit weekly reports on warranty claims, submitting findings to the technical service department for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate the resolution of product issues identified through warranty claims.
  •  Tools Management:
  •  Maintain proper stock levels of required tools, managing calibration schedules to ensure timely and accurate repairs on vehicles.
  •  Coordinate with the service team to ensure all tools are available and functioning correctly.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  •  Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of vehicle products, particularly aggregates and driveline components.
  • Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures.

• Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong customer complaint resolution abilities, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and issues in warranty claims.
