Job Title: Employer & Candidate Engagement Executive (Government-Powered Initiative)

About the Role   : We are looking for a proactive and energetic Engagement Executive to support a national skilling and employment initiative powered by the government. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with employers and candidates, driving registrations, and ensuring smooth platform usage. 

 Key Responsibilities 

- Reach out to employers to encourage job postings and guide them on platform usage. 

- Mobilize candidates, colleges, and skilling partners for registration and participation. 

- Provide onboarding support and resolve queries for both employers and candidates. 

- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure active platform engagement. 

- Support events, campaigns, and job drives to boost visibility and adoption. 

 Who Should Apply? 

✔ 2–4 years of experience in recruitment support, client coordination, or mobilization. 

✔ Good communication and follow-up skills. 

✔ Comfortable using digital platforms and CRM tools. 

✔ Passionate about employment, skilling, and youth engagement.
