Position

Client Success Associate / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of monthly retainer fees from clients

• Acquire clients through targeted lead conversion

• Collaborate with senior advocates to prevent client harassment

• Facilitate prompt settlements by coordinating with banks and recovery agencies

• Engage in effective negotiation and client communication

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills

• Relationship management

• Client acquisition and onboarding

• Negotiation and persuasion

Job Requirements

• Experience: 5 months to 1 year in insurance sales, travel sales, EdTech, or inside sales

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand) + retainer incentives of ₹5,000+

• Tech Requirements: Laptop and smartphone (laptop can be provided on rent)

• Must currently reside in Delhi

• English fluency: Average to Good

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Below 25 years

• Marital Status: Unmarried

• No prior experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, or loan/credit card sales

• No career gaps

• Strong track record in negotiation and handling direct financial transactions with clients
