Job Title: Team Lead – Employer & Candidate Engagement (Government-Powered Initiative) 

 Key Responsibilities 

- Drive onboarding of employers and support them in posting and closing job roles. 

- Engage with candidates, colleges, and skilling centers to boost platform registrations. 

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless user experience on the platform. 

- Track engagement metrics and take action to improve platform adoption. 

- Support campaigns, job fairs, and digital outreach initiatives. 

Who Should Apply? 

✔4–6 years in recruitment, client servicing, or candidate mobilization. 

✔ Experience in B2B and B2C engagement, preferably in skilling or staffing. 

✔ Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills. 

✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable working on job platforms or CRM tools.
