Driver Sourcing Manager

Location: Hyderabad & Mumbai
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry Preference: Fleet Management / Cab Aggregator / Logistics

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Driver Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for recruiting and hiring cab drivers, managing them efficiently, and assisting them through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fleet management, driver recruitment, and operational handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Recruitment & Hiring: Identify, source, and recruit cab drivers through various channels.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist drivers in completing documentation, training, and compliance checks for smooth onboarding.
  • Driver Management: Maintain a strong relationship with drivers, address their concerns, and ensure their retention.
  • Coordination with Operations: Work closely with the fleet operations team to ensure a steady supply of drivers.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all driver documents (licenses, permits, background checks) are in place.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track driver performance and take necessary actions to improve efficiency.
  • Fleet Utilization: Ensure optimal driver allocation to maximize fleet productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in driver sourcing, recruitment, or fleet management.
  • Industry Background: Preferably from fleet management, cab aggregation, or logistics.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with local transport regulations and driver onboarding processes.
